Welcome to The Quiet Day. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
The Quiet Day ("we," "us," "our") sells custom photo jigsaw puzzles made to order from images you provide. You can reach us at kyleigh1979@gmail.com.
2. Your photo and content rights
When you upload a photo, you confirm that:
- You own the photo, or you have permission from the copyright owner to have it printed.
- The photo does not contain illegal content, and you have consent from any people shown in it.
- You are not infringing anyone's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
You keep ownership of your photo. You grant us a limited license to use it only to produce and ship your puzzle. We do not sell or share your photo.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars. Because each puzzle is made to order, an order is not final until payment is confirmed and production begins. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund you in full if a photo cannot be printed or if a pricing error occurred.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards and Zelle. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. Zelle payments are confirmed manually by us before production begins.
5. Production, shipping, and risk
Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, but we will help resolve lost or damaged shipments as described in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others. We may refuse or cancel any order that violates this section and refund any amount paid.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
