What counts as a wholesale order?
Any order of 10 or more units of the same item qualifies for the automatic discount. For mixed orders or larger runs, request a quote and we'll price the whole basket.
Do you offer net terms or invoicing?
For approved business accounts we can invoice with net terms. Mention it in your quote request and we'll set it up.
Can each unit have a different photo?
Yes. Bulk orders can mix photos — for example, a team gift where every mug carries a different portrait. Send us the details in your quote request.
How fast is production?
Most wholesale orders print within 2–4 business days, then ship from the USA. Larger runs may take a little longer; we'll confirm the timeline in your quote.
Is there a minimum order?
The automatic discount starts at 10 units. There's no minimum to simply place a large order — buy 3 or 300.
Why is my discount sometimes less than the tier maximum?
We guarantee every wholesale price stays above our printing and shipping cost, so a few low-cost items cap out at a slightly smaller discount than the headline tier. The exact per-unit price is always shown live in the storefront before you check out.
